By submitting our contact form, booking a demo, or engaging Rayven for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Rayven provides local SEO services for skilled trade businesses, including Google Business Profile optimization, local citation building, content optimization, and related visibility services described in our package listings.

Search engine rankings and visibility depend on many factors outside our control, including changes to search engine algorithms and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Statistics shown on our site (such as average results across clients) are illustrative and not a promise of individual results.

Pricing and payment terms for a specific engagement are agreed upon separately with each client before work begins. Our service packages are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract required, as described at the time of signup.

You agree to provide accurate information about your business and to provide timely access to accounts (such as Google Business Profile or website hosting) needed for us to perform the services.

Content we create as part of our services (such as written copy, strategy documents, or optimized listings) becomes the property of the client once paid for. Rayven retains no ownership claim over completed deliverables.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rayven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may end the engagement at any time, consistent with the month-to-month terms agreed upon at signup. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for work already performed.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rayven operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
